Delete your account and data

Account deletion is handled by request. Send an email from the address you used to sign up, so we can confirm it is your account:

Write “Account deletion request” in the subject and include your account email. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion normally within 30 days.

• Your login account and email address.
• Your profile record: display name, preferred language, free and bonus reading counters, referral code and subscription status fields.
• Notes about people you read for, and any saved consultation threads.
• Your daily AI usage counters and referral records linked to your account.

Your reading history and learning progress are kept only in your own browser or app storage. Clearing the app's data in your browser or device settings, or uninstalling the installed app, removes them immediately. We cannot access or delete them for you.

• Payment and invoice records held by our payment processor (Stripe) and by us in limited form, where accounting and tax law requires retention — typically several years.
• Records needed to prevent abuse of free-reading or referral bonuses, kept in minimal, non-identifying form.
• Routine server logs, which rotate out automatically after a short period.

If you have a paid subscription, cancel it before requesting deletion, or tell us in your email and we will cancel it as part of the process.
